Only Active vehicles count against the limit — a vehicle you sold stays in your history for good, on every tier. So does the printable record.
Your first 30 days
Every new company starts on a 30-day trial of Enterprise, no card required. After day 30 it settles onto Free (2 people, 5 vehicles) unless you've moved to a paid plan.
